"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. "We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!"

"Nice location, amazing beach and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were caught in a typhoon but the hotel had amenities to try to keep us entertained. It would have been nice for them to so grant access to the lounge for other level members during the typhoon. Also the breakfast was adequate but not to the standard I was expecting."

"I am American and my beach vacations are usually to Mexico. Please keep that in mind when reading my review as that is what I will compare most of it to. I am spoiled. If you are familiar with that type of resort, this will dissapoint you. 1. If you are expecting something nice and modern you will not get that here. This hotel is very outdated. The service is on par for a nicer hotel. The staff was 4/5, Actual hotel probably 2/5. The AC is very weak and Okinawa is hot and humid. The first night we were sweating and had to call for a fan. We left the ac running the next day and it was much more comfortable. Also the parking lot is far from the hotel. They do have a shuttle though. 2. The beach was fantastic. The water here is some of the best I've seen. Bahamas level or better. There are still some fish in the swimming area even though its netted off. 3. Expensive! This hotel was the most expensive of our entire Japan trip and probably the worst. Not only was the stay expensive but everything you wanted to do there cost extra and there was a huge mark up on drinks. I got used to paying under 500 yen for a beer in the mainland but here it was 1000 for one beer. Even 990 for a cola! I got used to Japan prices for the previous 10 days and then got sticker shock when I had to pay America type prices. I would not stay here again. Would just pay to use beach"

"Everything was great except the matresses which were too hard, I have never got used to them and I have stayed here before. Also, the doors from the elevators to the rooms do not close completly and you have to push them shut to preserve the air conditioning indoors. I would fix that. The breakfast in this place is great! Parking is easy. You also can't beat the views from your room, the beach is so beautiful. Fix the doors and provide a softer matress option and 5 stars is a no brainer. Need help? The staff here will take care of you. That's how we got our rental car. It was dropped off and picked up at the hotel. I highly reccomend this place. Cheaper than the big hotels but offers every bit as much!"
