"Clean home, very comfortable furniture. May need a new sofa soon. To many mirrors in the bathroom a title uncomfortable. The lock box should be placed in a new spot. There was garbage covering the box and we could not locate the box and didn’t realize it could be under the garbage bag. Good spot to ride the train. Travel lodge staff very helpful"

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"The location was great, just a short walk to Greenwich Park and on to the Maritime Museum, Observatory etc. Also useful to have parking available. It's set back from a busy road, but there was no traffic noise. The room was clean, but very small for two people. The beds were comfy. Blackout curtains would have made our stay more comfortable. WiFi was intermittent as was the TV. Breakfast was good."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. "Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"

"I was very disappointed in my stay at the Zedwell. Having booked a twin room 8 months ago for an event, I was shocked that the system automatically placed me in a double at ceck-in. When we questioned the staff, they said they didn't have any twins available but could offer us a bigger room and share a bed - it's ridiculous to rely so much on a computer system and not check manually. "Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was small but suited our needs. The combo washer/dryer took forever to wash/dry a load and settings were difficult to understand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation."
