"What a great deal and convenient too! So much better than staying at hotel where you have to park, check in at the lobby, then walk all the way to your room. At the Banyan Harbor Resort, just roll up to your unit, park and walk in. Room was clean, spacious, probably recently renovated. Mitsubishi split ACs welcomed us on the muggiest day of June. We arrived after office closed, but no problem. Just followed instructions and called security guard and he had us checked in within minutes. Our 2 bedroom unit probably could have slept 4-5, but it was just my dad and I, so we had private rooms and didn't have to listen to each other snore. Thanks Banyan Harbor Resort!"

"Check in process needs improved. Room should have been ready at 3 but it wasn't. So after 4 I asked again and they were able to put us in a different room (same type) that was ready. I'm not sure why they didn't do this in the first place. Also, right at prime check in time between 3-4 pm, 2 out of the 3 front desk workers left/went on break leaving Grace alone. This happened on both check in day and check out day which are the only two times I went to the front desk. She kept a smile among the very long line. I felt bad for her. Also there was a lot of garbage and towels left by the pool area unfortunately from messy guests. One day, the workers went home and plates of food were just left at the pool chairs and never picked up. I picked up trash around the pool area hoping it would not blow into the ocean. Overall, the property is very nice and I would stay there again, but definitely pack your patience for the front desk and don't expect your room to be ready on time."

"Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing well. I want to inquire about a refund for my reservation. My original arrival date was June 17; however, my flight was delayed, and I was unable to arrive or check in that night. As a result, I did not stay at the hotel on June 17 and only stayed for one night afterward. Would it be possible to receive a refund or credit for the night I was unable to use due to the flight delay? I would greatly appreciate your consideration.
