Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

1st time in Tokyo and we were looking for a quiet hotel with good transport links into the centre. This is a modern hotel that manages to combine a Japanese traditional style and feel with decor, service and relaxing spots such as zen gardens. Highly recommended.

My family had a wonderful time when we stayed at Asakusa View Annex for 5 nights in early June. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Almost everyone working here is so eager to help. Only one minor unpleasant thing. Coming from the United States, we are used to refilling our water bottles whenever we can. But the young lady working at the Lounge on June 1st was so rigid that she showed me a message in her phone using translation app that we are not allowed to take food or drinks out of the lounge. When I told her we did not take anything, she pointed at the water dispenser and pointed at my own reusable water bottle. I could not help but laughing. I told her we were sorry about that. The hotel cleaning staff replenished bottled water everyday for us for free. I don’t understand why we can’t refill our water bottles from the dispenser because it is more environmentally friendly.
