The hotel is old and worn down. The common areas don't look like they've been updated in decades.There are few facilities and it is very poor value for money.

感じが良かったが、登山利用のため、バーでの会話が気になり、寝付け無かった。 登山は、睡眠がとても大事だし、オーナーは、山小屋を経営してるそうなので、対応して欲しい。 また、古いのは構わないが、シャワー浴びた時に、排水溝に髪の毛が溜まっており、やや不快に感じました。

好有年代感的旅社，一般來說都得拜觀費，居然可以住一晚，大撿漏了，但木造建築，容易發出聲響，對居住舒適度要求的人，要想想，有機會可以再去😁

たまたま宿泊客のマナーが良かったのか共用のトイレがきれい。チェックイン対応の男性が親切だった。大雨降ったけど信濃大町駅から屋根付きアーケードが続いていて荷物が多くても徒歩で何とかなった。

次の目的地に向けての中継地としてはとても助かりました。衣類の洗濯、乾燥ができず、不便でした。近くに銭湯があるとのことでしたが、教えでもらえず、残念な思いをしました。宿泊者の足音が気になりました。利用の際には、一言伝えた方がよかったと思います。宿泊費はとても、助かりましたが、施設でカバーできない部分は地域に利用を考慮さるては？

1920年代就存在的老旅館，住宿當天有經營旅館的爺爺、奶奶、孫女（冰山美人）、一名男員工住在裡面,奶奶為人熱情，男員工人很好總是保持微笑，登山杖忘在旅館，還特地到車站交給我們。沒有電梯，所以行李必須搬上樓，對行李多的旅客較不方便。旅客住宿的區域離旅館一家人生活的區域有點距離，只有去廁所、浴室才有機會碰見旅館一家人，旅客使用的浴室與旅館一家人使用的是不同的，所以住在這不會覺得不自在
