Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

The hotel is hidden in some backstreets, but it is modern and well worth considering. Being where it is keeps it nice and quite. They put a free tuk tuk on that takes you to the BTS or half way to IconSiam which is a huge help to getting around. Staff were always friendly and readily available. The hotel is clean and well kept, with the small restaurant is lovely. The only downside, and this is picky, the pool is at ground level so misses early Sun. Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!

Whats not to like. Shangri-La hotels, especially the Bangkok never disappoints. 10/10

This Japanese style hotel was truly exceptional. Stylish and everything of the utmost quality. The tepanyaki restaurant was a delight with super attentive staff.
