"Stayed one night, clean room, nice decor, friendly staff, nice comfortable stay."

"The roving price of a night’s stay was misleading and unfair. I ended up spending almost double than expected. My rate should have been locked in. Otherwise, you should have disclosed this in advance and reminded me at check in. Shame on you. This negates anything good about the hotel. How shameful!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The design was so fun, it was clean and comfortable, and it had the friendliest, happiest staff I've come across in London in a long time. Shout out in particular to Jelani and Pedro who we enjoyed chatting with. The breakfast was fab too."

"Clean room situated where requested within the hotel. Close to good eateries and transport links."

"very nice hotel , very goood location and I will come back again."

"Quick check in and let me check in earlier and clean and quiet room. Very spacious for London standards"
