Very nice hotel with free tours and cookery lessons. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great and spacious rooms. Great and attentive service. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely pretty hotel in the centre of the old town. Easy to get anywhere and lovely staff. Would highly recommend it.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Night quality of food options.

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond. The plunge pool room was amazing.

It is a very nice hotel at a great location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai!

This is a little gem. The hotel is serene and peaceful. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and the rooms are spotless. I would happily return here if I visit Chiang Mai again.

I knew the hotel would be fine, but the pics on the web really didn't do this place justice. It's been fairly recently constructed and as such everything is nice and new and very well maintained. It's tucked away down an alley but when you reach the hotel it looks like a palace. My room on the ground floor was very comfortable and right next to the swimming pool. Sitting out on the patio was very pleasant during the evening. The staff were superb and very helpful. The wifi worked without...

Fabulous location and staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Room was superb and we were upgraded to a beautiful room which was a lovely surprise. We liked the size of the hotel - not big which meant it felt more homely and traditional. Pool was great the spa treatments were also superb. Would definitely return.

Excellent and very comfortable. Within walking distance of all to see in Old Town Chiang Mai and staff are super helpful.

Great rooms, great location and the staff were incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful. It was in a good location but was also very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor area for breakfast was very relaxing. We walked everywhere around the old town and night bazaar. Always felt safe.

Hotel staff are great, swimming pool and rooms were amazing, overall I could t find one fault with this hotel please do not hesitate to book!

The only really picky thing I could say is where the air con unit was situated, it was so close to the bed so you was either really cold or hot but the place was fantastic as was the staff, really oriental which was a nice change from the more model hotels I normally go for, cute place and with it situated a 2 minute walk to the Main Street, you can walk to most places or if your lazy (guilty a couple of times) you can jump in a tuk tuk for around 100 baht (£2ish) and go to the new town part

Great hotel! With great attention to details. The staff is super friendly and kind. Well located, you can walk from the hotel to the old town without taking a taxi. Bedroom is lovely and wide, so is the bathroom! Breakfast is great too, a lot of choice. The pool area is nice but the water a little bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay at The Rim resort

nice hotel located within the old city, simple buffet breakfast, nice pool

The Gallery is centrally located some 15 minutes from the airport .Rooms were spacious and the four poster bed was very comfortable,Staff were delightful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel has a colonial feel about it .There is a travel agent located in the reception area who will go out of here way to arrange excursions and transfers to the airport.I would have no hesitation I recommending this hotel

Great location, great room and nice nice.
