This is a small, charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk to American Village, but still manageable. We appreciated the complimentary parking, as well as the umbrellas provided for guests—especially helpful since it was raining during our stay. The room was cute and functional, though it still required a metal key for entry. Slippers were provided, but there was no PJ, which was a little disappointing given that this is Japan. The staff were great—very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated them going the extra mile by providing a to-go breakfast, as we had to check out earlier than the regular breakfast hours.

The hotel was great, but I wouldn't call it a 'resort'. It sits a block behind beachfront among an eclectic mix of hotels, casual dining options, local residences and businesses. The place is clean, but no daily room service. The staff was exceptional, cheerful and always available. A great value hotel. I would return.

Clean Quiet Hotel

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. Much quieter than staying in American Village. I have stayed here over a half dozen times and will continue on my trips to Okinawa.
