Service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Property was wonderful. Not overly crowded. Property is a bit far from Naha airport which makes it hard to move around without a car. I would recommend.

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.

I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience.

This was such a wonderful stay. The staff and dining are top notch, the room and hotel is very well designed and contemporary compared to other hotels in Okinawa, and the size and intimacy are great. I will definitely be coming back!
