"The property was immaculate. Decent hot breakfast. Only complaint was that there was ample room in the hotel to spread guests around to accommodate for couples traveling VS large families with young children. Instead rooms were filled in certain areas making it impossible to relax. Kids screaming, crying, jumping and carrying on ALL night long. It made a 5 star stay a 4 star simply because it was completely unnecessary. The front desk person seemed indifferent to concerns."

"The girl checking us in was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was as old and dirty. The room was terrible. I pulled back the sheet and found hair all over the sheets. I would not even sit down. We did not stay, we immediately went to the office and told the girl we would not be staying related "

"Parking was plenty and secure, there were many good restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Watch out for the parking lot speed bumps though, very high for a low slung car."

"Sheets not changed. Checked in for two days and what seemed like blood stain at base of bedsheet. Checked out for a day. Checked back in a day later and coincidentally, was assigned the same room. That same stain was in the exact same spot, indicating the sheet was not changed. Unsanitary to me. Will never stay there again on this point alone. Had to change rooms three times: first room wreaked of marijuana, couldn’t get into second room. One hour to check in with all of the back and forth. First time I checked in, girl was high as a kite while ordering food through her friend on phone while trying to get the computer to work during check-in. Intoxicated workers, marijuana smell everywhere, no shampoo, water faucet sprays water outside of sink, towel stains, old tub, stained toilet seat, loud talking at 2am outside my door kept me up for a while. Front desk girl during the second time I checked in was very friendly. That was very welcoming after this entire ordeal. "

"Rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. If you go, you have to eat in the steakhouse. The food is absolutely amazing, high-quality and low price. If you don’t gamble, don’t go. Went on a Friday night and they didn’t have bingo. Bowling was fun, but once we were done losing out budget on the one armed bandits,there was nothing to do. It is very smoky, even though there is a separate room for non-smokers. The Friday night “live music“ was a total hot mess. They couldn’t get the music working right, they just about blew our drums out with the high pitch squeal. It was a nice place to visit, but we won’t be going back."

"We have stayed here many times when working in Okeechobee but this is the last time. This facility has gone downhill over the years. It needs an update. My room had sheets on the bed that were "wet" to the touch. When I asked to move rooms or have them changed out, I was told there were no more rooms available and that housekeeping would get to the sheets when they could. At the least you expect to have clean, dry sheets when staying at a hotel. "

"Shower has a Flow restriction of very little water comes out ( very little ) rooms not much to look at but your not there to hang out I use it just some where to lay my head and get ready for tomorrow . Friendly owners ."
