We didn’t realize we were staying at a hard rock property. You wouldn’t be able to tell but in the BEST way. Not over commercialized, clean as could be. Everyone is SO pleasant. The smoking in the casino for me was a personal downfall although we each played our free 20$ we got by staying and I won 90 so dinner was free. We ate at the grill our waiter was so nice considering it was late. 10/10 recommend.

The Casino is lively and staff are very friendly. The Rooms are very nice. Restaurants were very good as well. Lots of Fun gaming and they also have a really nice Outdoor Pool and Bowling Alley. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurants are good and reasonably priced. Pool is very nice but no amenities there, not even a water station. Our room was not cleaned during our stay even though it was requested. We had to call twice to request extra towels and coffee. Casino is nice but small. Bar area is nice.

The casino was very nice - we were there during Spring Break so it wasn't as lively as you expect because it's not a place for kids. But that can be a good thing. And we were there on a Tuesday and left Wednesday morning. The room was great...staff was excellent. Food was good. We a little disappoint the steak house was closed on Monday and Tuesday. The location seems to be in the middle of the state: 1-2 hours from most locations. In general, pretty nice place.

No problem with check in accept the hotel did not have the payment from expedia, so we had to wait on a manager to bypass the system and not be charged twice. The gentleman who check us in was very polite and did his best to speed up the process. Rooms and Amenities are what was expected based on photos.

The Hotel itself is non- smoking, but the attached casino is not. Every surface is permeated by cigarette smoke, including the hotel room itself, as you have to wade through chain smoking geriatrics tethered to electronic slots to do anything, so it stands to reason that the smoke smell is gonna stick with you a bit. My throat hurts from breathing it, even for a few hours. You have to wade through it to get to the non smoking section, which still reeks of smoke. The room was comfortable, the prime rib sub par, and if you’re into video gambling, they have plenty of games to separate you from your cash. Save your money and go to a non smoking casino.

Rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. If you go, you have to eat in the steakhouse. The food is absolutely amazing, high-quality and low price. If you don’t gamble, don’t go. Went on a Friday night and they didn’t have bingo. Bowling was fun, but once we were done losing out budget on the one armed bandits, there was nothing to do. It is very smoky, even though there is a separate room for non-smokers. The Friday night “live music“ was a total hot mess. They couldn’t get the music working right, they just about blew our drums out with the high pitch squeal. It was a nice place to visit, but we won’t be going back.
