Good location, great staff, perfect experienced

The hotel master is very kind. She kindly showed us around the hotel. She was nice to my kids and showed me the parking space nearby. The lady is very hardworking. The room is very spacious and I had the best sleep in the trip. It is very clean. Living inside it gives you a feel of living in traditional Japanese household. The hotel is perfectly located and it is at walking distance to the main sights.

In the heart of the town! Very close to dining, onsen, transportation, Jigoku/Hells, convenience stores. Our host was very friendly and made us feel right at home! There is a picture of a community dining table online but this is not available to guests. You also have to reserve the bath. Our host provided maps and brochures on nearby tourist attractions which was very helpful and provided us with yukatas, geta, jackets, towels, etc. i would definitely stay here again if i returned to Beppu!

The owner was great, very energetic, and gave us recommendations on bath houses and restaurants without us even having to ask. The room was larger than expected, and we were provided with 3 futon each stacked to give us a much nicer sleeping experience. Note: There isn't a bath/shower available in the guest house itself, but being in Beppu you can easily walk to a nearby bathhouse.

Hotel hostess is very friendly and the location is very convenient to visit hot spring baths. As the facilities are all shared, there was a wait for the washbasin in the morning. My room has the old house smell that's hard to escape. It also has a nice side room with a frige and a small table.

Un lugar ideal, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Beppu. Está en la mejor zona; futones muy cómodos con edredones fantásticos y mantas adicionales. La dueña es un encanto; nos ha guiado esrupendamente bien para realizar las actividades en la ciudad; y estuvo disponible en todo momento. La relación precio calidad es excelwnte! Lo recomiendo!

子ども2人と大人2人で連休に１万円以下で泊まれました！近所には立ち寄り湯がたくさんあり、宿の前の道路には温泉の煙がモクモクと。 朝から散歩がてら立ち寄り湯に行ったり、宿でとうもろこしやさつまいもなどをお願いして蒸していただき夏休みの良い思い出になりました。 また是非泊まりたいです

鉄輪温泉の中にあるが、とても周りは静か。歩いて行ける距離に沢山の温泉がある。朝ごはんに、あったかい蒸し玉子やおにぎりが出てありがたかった。また、宿泊したい。
