Nice ryokan hotel located at the hillside with great view. A simply cosy dinner was served in room and the breakfast buffet was great in main dining area. The condition is run down but most part of the premise is well maintained. Some parts e.g. kids playroom and the indoor onsen are not clean.

This is an "onsen" (hot spring) hotel. Bathing is a big part of the experience. We enjoyed our stay. The food and service were fine. While the water in the bath itself was ok, the water in the area outside the bath where you wash before getting in the bath was not hot enough. We complained and the hotel staff was very apologetic. They explained that there was an issue with their hot water heater, but the damage had already been done. It was disappointing.

溫泉好差，基本毛巾都無，露天風呂更差只可容納2人，毛巾要從房間帶去，連住兩天，日間無清潔房間，毛巾無換，垃圾無清理，早餐地方狹窄，食物差，房間非常狹窄，榻榻米床墊不大清潔

温泉の温度もちょうどよくて 気持ちがよかったです。 スタッフのかたもとても親切で気軽に色々教えて下さいました。 ウェルカムドリンクのサービスや コーヒーやお菓子やフルーツのサービスもあり 満足でした。 あと夕食がコース料理で部屋に持って来てくださりとても美味しかったです。

酒類を含めたドリンクサービスや朝のコーヒーとデザートのサービスがあり、また部屋はゆったりしていて清潔で、大変満足しました。子供連れ客が多かったですが、静かで気になりません。近接の駐車場の台数が少ないのがちょっと不便でした。 今回素泊まりプランで利用しましたが、また是非宿泊したいと思っています。

フロントから露天風呂に行くまでの間が、タバコ臭い。宴会場と喫煙ルームの前を通ってお風呂にいかなければならない。 配膳係の方はとても親切だから、フロントの方が冷たく感じる。笑顔もない。
