"Breakfast was delicious, the stairs carpet should be updated and cleaned better. The bathroom in the room has been updated but the mattress was not comfortable and moved when you are turning. The bedding could be nicer. The air conditioner is very loud and it’s required the ear plugs. The sound proof also required. Overall it’s ok."

"Loved the rooms very clean and Comfortable and the breakfast was seriously awesome. Only thing I would different is not have a room on the first floor right next to the super heavy loud exit door. Heard people coming and going all night and morning :( "

"We found much of the staff to be somewhat standoffish during our stay. The young man working at the watch bar was really the only employee who consistently engaged with us and made us feel welcomed. On our last day, we had breakfast at Blue Coyote, and although our waitress eventually warmed up to us, it unfortunately happened as we were paying the bill and getting ready to leave. That said, the stay itself was enjoyable, and the views from our room were absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of the trip. Overall, while the property and scenery were beautiful, the service experience felt inconsistent and could have been more welcoming throughout our visit."

"The room was not clean, the maid service was non existent for 3 days, shameful, no mirror, the shower fell apart, the gal at the front desk was VERY helpful, breakfast for 2 days was fresh the 3rd day horrible, nothing for non coffee drinkers, I would NEVER recommend this property."

"The indoor and outdoor Waterpark pool part was amazing so much different fun things to choose. Inside there were tons of other things to do if you didnt want to swim like the ropes course and mirror maze. My 8 year old is audhd and he loved the place. I hope to be able to visit again. Such a fun experience for my family. Bonus the room was clean and had such a cool room design."

"Very outdated is more of an extended stay place. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways and the rooms were dirty. Couch had stains and cigarette burns. 3/10 on cleanliness."
