"Nous avons passé une nuit à la Fontaine Racine afin de découvrir la Cité Internationale de la Langue Française située à 15 mn en voiture. Cette maison familiale est pleine de charme, avec tout le confort. La décoration est épurée. L'accueil est charmant. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profité du jardin en raison de la météo. La vue sur le canal de l'Ourq est un vrai plus, dommage que les chambres d'hôtes donnent de l'autre côté."

"It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"The hotel is exceptionally basic. To have a kettle and tea in our room we were told we would need to pay €30 extra, but this should be a basic amenity provided in all hotels. We were also only provided one thing pillow each. The air conditioning in our room was very low powered so it got very hot. "We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception.
