The koi pond & rear landscaping create a lovely setting off the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection & wonderful view of the grounds. The large fitness center is well equipped. FamilyMart is onsite with a great selection of food & souvenirs. The staff are helpful & allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in at no charge. They allow late checkout for 1,000 yen per hour. The shuttle buses to the airport & train station are large & comfortable. The mattress was very hard, but I still slept well. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated & the bedroom window was either very thin or no longer sealed so it allowed the noise of the street to filter in. Excellent water temp & pressure.

We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport pretty much recommend!
