"Nice clean simple accommodations. We would stay there again. The village of Silves is a nice, quiet smaller town (at least in May). Restaurants and sites are in walking distance. There’s also free public parking one block away."

"The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food."

"Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Initial corner suite smelled strongly of damp, faced the staff cleaning buggy parking and had issues with cockroaches. There was construction noise and an excavator operating during the day next to the pool area to repair the land slide and there was a lot of noise transfer through the floors above caused by continuous shifting of furniture. "I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest!
