"The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Initial corner suite smelled strongly of damp, faced the staff cleaning buggy parking and had issues with cockroaches. While staff facilitated a room change, management offered zero compensation/upgrades: base service recovery for a serious issue. Even our second room had ants, a blocked shower drain, and no bins outside the toilet - unsure how the cleaning staff knew what to...

"Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack"

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning.
