"The front desk young woman was sooo nice. She went above and beyond to make our 4 days enjoyable. The breakfast wasnt the most stocked we encountered but good for a quick meal. The room was nice. Its only a 10 minute walk to the city core and so worth it to be slightly away from the crowds. Highly recommend this stay."

"Good value and convenient location in Strasbourg. It’s outside the centre but close to a tram stop with frequent (every 5min) service. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and responsive to requests. We had an issue with noise as we were put on the same wing as a high school group who would knock on doors several times after midnight and early morning. We were also woken up by their late hallway conversations. Room doorbells and better soundproofing would have helped. To their credit, the hotel let us change rooms very late at night. "

"Stayed for a conference nearby. The hotel has a nice exterior but the rooms are tired. And unbearably hot. I didn't sleep throughout my stay. "

"Everything was great including the staff and clean room. My only complaint is that one of the electrical sockets by the bed wasn’t working. But all was great! Location was great fo the wine expo."
