Bed is soft and almost sits in the floor Doors on desk to refrigerator falling off Told housekeeping but he didn’t speak English Use your judgment and assume a good deal is a description you are getting what you pay for…cheap is cheap! Unorganized hotel registration desk decided to use the self check in easy but o No chance to ask about the room location… Give it a 6 out of 10 "

"My reservation was for 2 people, we both checked in at the front desk; second key was not offered, I had to ask for one. There was only one set of towels for both of us, and 1 of the bath towels was dirty/stained. Fortunately I packed my own bath towel. No TV remote; when I reported it to the gront desk, I was told that they were too booked to get me a spare from another room, and was told to download the remote app and use my phone as the remote. Wasn't told which of the 3 wifi connections to use. I figured it out by trial and error. Once i got connected and found my TV, the connection was too weak/slow to use the TV. Bottom of tub was dirty. Floor was so dirty that the soles of my feet were the color of charcoal. (See the washcloth I used to clean my feet.) No ice. Positives: microwave in room. Bedframe had rounded corners which saved my shins. Eve n ing front desk clerk was very nice even though it was busy. "

"The food was very good! Very clean rooms. Staff super friendly. I wasn't expecting much in Laughlin- but we enjoyed the stay. Take some bug spray for outside. You are on the river which is nice but can be buggy "
