But my 5 year old behaved better. Koodos to the kids and their parents who were well behaved though! Overall okay for the price and food was great as well. Also not enough lounge chairs and pretty much none on the actual beach. Waves were way too much/ strong for a child to swim in"

"Clean room and facilities, well kept. Some staff could be friendlier, and the hotel could have more activities for guests. The beach on the property was very nice. Shampoo was not good quality, and washcloths were unfortunately not provided."

"Beautiful hotel & beach club. We stayed at breathless a couple nights before which we also loved, but Hyatt Vivid is less of a party scene and a little fancier appearing. Recommend joining advantage club for rooftop pool access, top shelf liquor and private lounge/concierge + added discounts. We had a great stay the staff was very nice and accommodating to food restrictions/allergies. "
