"Everything is very clean, the food has good variety, the entertainment is great, and the staff is exceptional. One day I was certain I’d lost my phone - the security team was so attentive and helpful. I could hardly believe that they literally walked everywhere with me, looking in bushes, tracking the “find my phone app” etc. I have the sense that the staff isn’t just nice because they have to be but because they are just genuinely kind and caring people. "The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. It felt like they were trying to push an unnecessary upgrade. Aside from the check-in issue, the service overall was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel."
