"Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and they have FULL LENGTH MIRRORS! I really enjoy their breakfast. My only complaint is the the elevator is ungodly slow."

"The good: Great welcome by front desk. Good food available. Nicely decorated property. Not so good: Long queue and wait for valet parking. Hair found on makeup face towels (gross), and room not very clean. Limited options for in room coffee (not enough for two people)."

"I let the reviews guide me for this trip and they were all wrong. This hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed in the hallways elevator common areas. The roof was leaking as you come out of the elevator on the 3rd floor. Our room faced the street so there was so much noise we didn’t sleep at all between the freeways noise and the baby screaming their lungs out next door. This was a horrible experience. Room was so stuffy and smell like old. Don’t waste your time. Find a better place."

"The room needs to be updated and smelled of chemical cleaners. But location and staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again if same circumstances happened. The positives outweighed the negatives for me on this trip."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"The staff was fantastic; friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast- toast, toaster pancakes, cereal. Luckily the location is awesome and all kinds of foods within walking distance."
