Nice clean and comfortable room. Great staff and bistro. Hard to sleep with all of the noise. We heard a crosswalk alert chirping all night every 10 min or so.

Location is a block from the 12th Street BART Oakland Station so easy access (two stops) to San Francisco & back. Hotel is showing its age, the WiFi is horribly slow but rooms are renovated plus the water pressure in the shower is divine! Great alternative to the expensive accommodations in SF. Downtown Oakland is right outside this hotel, there’s coffee shops & restaurants within 2 blocks all around plus you have Oakland Chinatown & it’s many eateries, markets & bakeries a block away!

I loved this property ! The gym and pool were awesome. The atmosphere is great and love that they have valet!!!! The room was super nice and they sent pushy see check out if you need a few minutes due to the fact that the luggage carts are low in number. They are all so nice and friendly. We will definitely stay again!!!

The young lady who checked us in was amazing. She was professional, helpful and sweet. There was a mix up with our room. We reserved 2 queen size beds and when we got to our room discovered that there was only a king size bed. I immediately called down and the young lady immediately took care of everything. All of the staff that we encountered was professional and friendly. I will definitely come back to this particular Hotel whenever I’m in town.

Front Door was not a place to drop off and pick up so we had to circle block twice to fully understand what street was the front entrance. Shower curtain torn near circular attachments to closure was not good which meant water on the floor more than safe. Pull out bed was cute but not functional as sitting was awkward. Good space in the workout room. Excellent service at Bistro!

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel isn’t too big which is an advantage, and it is a little old, but it is clean and has all the essentials that you would need including a restaurant and a small gym. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station.

It’s a nice hotel and a great location. The staff was super nice and friendly especially Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and were comfortable. I did not like the prices for parking and that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. For those reasons I will not be staying again.
