"This hotel is considered 5-star, but it acts like a 3-star, especially the pool area. It's just really a country club that happens to have hotel rooms because there's no regard for the hotel guests. The chairs are pressed together, literally pressed together. There's no regard for personal space. ..."

"Wonderful location. Friendly attentive staff. Property is dated and needs to be updated. Rug frayed and held together with tape. Doors and furniture chipped. Drapes falling off. Door rusted. Balcony dirty. Pool dirty. So much potential."
