Hotel was clean and rooms were very quiet. Room sizes were on smaller side but not unexpected for a downtown hotel at this price. 5 mins to BART and easy to go anywhere from there. Breakfast was basic but good. I would stay here again.

The rooms was very small with a tiny windows facing the wall. The parking was ok. Sometimes you will see the same person sitting in their car all day in the parking lot kinda sketchy. The staff was nice.

The parking lot is off-site and not covered, which didn't feel safe. The hotel is very old and the rooms are not well maintained. Our room had a terrible smell, and the packet holding the coffee creamer was already open and dirty. The bed was okay and comfortable enough, but the bathroom was spacious yet looked poorly maintained. The sink was installed crooked, which made it difficult to use comfortably and the sink had somthing in it that was not from us. The chair in the room was stained up so we never sat in it. We went down for breakfast around 9 a.m., and there was hardly anything left. To make matters worse, the apple juice tasted spoiled. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend. **2 out of 5 stars at most.**
