Clean and well kept. Older and slightly dated, but still well cared for. Quiet despite being on a busy street. Staff was kind and considerate. Service was prompt. Parking was ample and free, which is a rarity. I will certainly keep this property in mind if/when I'm in the area again.

5 Stars for a low budget.

Great value, close to the Berkeley boat launch, good service, clean inside and out, well illuminated parking lot. I didn't like bars on bathroom windows because of bars are needed then they should also have them in front window. FYI: I'm used to staying in 4 and 5 star hotels with my family, but was solo and only needed a place to shower sleep a few hours.
