"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Hotel is in a convenient location to walk around the city. We tried Perrilla’s happy hour and was definitely worth it. Overall I had a great experience and we recommend people to stay here."

"The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room exceeded expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back !"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Hotel parking was a little expensive but the attendants were great."

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and convenience, making my time in Chicago even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and some of the city’s most beautiful attractions. The atmosphere throughout the property is sophisticated...

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"

"The hotel is superb… The location and the staff amazing. The bathtub a bit old and broken but ok!!!"

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"It was a great stay, but the only thing is the bathroom light did go off. It would turn on and off on its own"

"Nos encantó la atención desde que llegamos por parte de Frankie de Front Desk quien nos hizo sentir en casa y nos dio una habitación hermosa"

"When I called about the heat and blinds, on two separate occasions, someone came within 15 minutes. The person was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will refer others to stay at Aloft"
