"From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the doorman it was the best stay. We left our bag as we arrived early. On returning to the hotel we were checked in and given our key and we enjoyed a drink in the bar first. The room was upgraded for my husband's birthday and it was beautifully adorned with lots of balloons and a lovely message with chocolates from the manager. Such a lovely gesture to be so spoilt. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment of the lobby it’s phenomenal. Very relaxed but with sophistication. The beds are comfy and large. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Very clean and well maintained. There was an event on one of the nights and I could hear the event but it’s wasn’t unbearable and it stopped just before midnight. "
