"The all-inclusive package is absolutely worth it. The variety of food was impressive, with multiple dining options offering everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. The quality was consistently high, and you could tell care was put into both presentation and flavor. Dining by the beach added to the whole experience."
"We had 3 rooms booked for 5 nights for 2 families with kids. 2 rooms where ready on time and 1 room was given to us 1.5h passed the 3pm check-in time. When we entered the rooms all rooms had a dampness smells to them when we mentioned it to stuff they couldn't do anything about it. One room had mushrooms growing in the bathroom which was unacceptable and also me and my family was etching throughout the all stay I believe we where bitten by something in the room. When we mentioned all this to the management absolutely nothing was done about, the only thing that was offered was the late checkout from 12noon to 3pm. We paid top dollar for those rooms and this hotel but our stay was very horrible, we will never stayed there again."
"The service was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. We just didn’t enjoy the loud wedding ceremonies. There were three ceremonies during our two-week stay, and their duration was three days each. Additionally, the adult pool was used by families with children. However, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality.""
"Nusa Dua is very chilled area, some people say boring, we loved how safe and peaceful it was. Novotel is an older style hotel, heavy Balinese furniture, dark colors. Everything is clean, beautiful gardens but it is an old hotel.
I loved the huge pool, surrounded by the apartments/hotel rooms. It is a big hotel however you can let your kids wonder as you know they are safe.
The food is nice, massage is perfect. The flora and fauna are just beautiful.
The people are always smiling; nothing is too much.
No USB charger points and just their local power outlets, but you can get adapters for free from the reception.
The money exchange within the hotel was the best we saw.
At the back gate (yes, there is two entrances) there are some minimarts and cheap massage places. No restaurants though.
The beach club for us was a bit boring, nothing is really there, but an easy 5 minutes' walk or shuttle bus"
"Accessible to almost everything. Walkable to Bali Collection, coffee shops and restaurants. Resort is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. Very personable, they treat everyone well. You don’t get hungry. There’s always a nice treat everyday; fresh fruits, goodies and other treats. "
