Assim, ficamos em dois quartos, um para dormir e outro onde tomamos bagulho. No fia seguinte nos colocaram em outro quarto, onde o ar também não funcionava. Voltamos para o segundo quarto e a dedcarga parou de funcionar. Além disso, não limitaram o quarto quando pedimos e nos detam toalhas úmidas. Um giro"

"The hotel is new And the staff are great we had an amazing time. The only issue is that the property was poorly built and already has signs of distress it will probably look worse in a few months"

"Property grounds were nice. Rooms are a bit dated. The TV and telephone in our room did not work. Manager at reception was very accommodating and made our stay much better. The massages were excellent. Highly recommend them.! Wifi is awful! Love the balconies! The other downside is the beach, the beach is beautiful but you have to pay 25$ for 2 chairs and umbrella every day if you want to be on the beach. Otherwise they do have beach chairs on man made beach near infinity pool. Just depends on your preference! Food is ok. Nothing to rave about but something for everyone!"

"Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process. This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Despite having all the proof and evidence, they could not locate the booking in their system. This was happening at 11:00 PM at night. I booked mine using Expedia so mine was easy to locate fortunately. My family members used different agencies to book and it took them multiple phone calls and almost 2 hours (in the middle of night) to locate their booking. That whole experience could have been improved. Imagine you had a long 8-9 hours flight, went through the crappy and unnecessary lengthy Tanzania immigration process and finally came to the resort to start the vacation and you still have to go though 2 hours long of check-in process simply because resort cannot see the booking in their side. And the customer who booked has all the paper trail, email chains and payment proof that they have booked it. Other than that, this resort, staff, food, location, service, amenities, etc, everything is exceptional."

"Magnifique hôtel, très propre, le staff est d’une extrême gentillesse. Point négatif est la nourriture, trop international, service long et ce n’est pas très bon. Il faut aussi noter que si on veut aller à la plage , il faut payer . Et le restaurant de la plage n’est pas bon du tout . Mais en dehors de ça c’était un super hôtel."

"The hotel was beautiful with access to a stunning beach and views. Sunbeds were enough.The rooms were more than comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The pools were awesome, all four being a standard 1.2m deep. The activities and entertainment was fun and exciting. Wifi was great! There is something for everyone. Superb hotel for adults and kids alike. Access to a 24hr lobby bar, beach bar and 3 themed restaurants with delicious food (booking via Riu app). Nothing to fault. Taking home a memorable stay at Riu Jambo."
