Deceptively big hotel -lovely staff , great pool, good food and close to many shops if you needed that . Family room was a little small but it did the job a perfect place for a nights stop over

Campervan stopover

Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4. There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival. Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre. Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night.

Good all round hotel

Great business hotel rooms were great and the outdoor pool and seating area was tempting. Was near the large shopping centre and motorway great location for me business trip or for someone travelling through France

Great family hotel

Fantastic service, beautiful facilities, but we had a family room for the four of us but were only given two towels. We asked for further towels, but only very small towels were available. Really great hotel overall.

We selected this hotel for a one night stopover as it was very close to the motorway, had free parking and a reasonably priced breakfast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, decent shower and a kettle plus adequate supply of tea and coffee. Breakfast was exceptional. All high quality products. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a good selection of bread and pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, eggs, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location across from the large shopping mall. Plenty of parking with a couple of 22kW EV chargers near the entrance. Rooms are standard Novotel layout. Clean and modern. Only gripe was the bed was quite hard

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Lille. Convenient location near the road to Paris but not noisy. Outdoor pool, mini football pitch, ping pong and boules for the kids. Indoor play cupboard and mini football table. Close to a big shopping centre with a large supermarket, shops, a petrol station and restaurants. Would happily stay longer and return again!

Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Quick stopover on the way to Paris. Pros: Staff friendly. English spoken. I think we were upgraded to a courtyard view. Nice looking bar area but didn’t use it. Cons: Not a very well maintained room. Filthy grout in bathroom. Shower floor discoloured and quite grubby. Gave me the heebiejeebies and like I would feel cleaner NOT showering! Lights around the bed didn’t work. VERY soft bed. i would say, if the price was better I wouldn’t have minded but we paid 4* pricing so I just expected more.

Lovely hotel.

Fantastic stopover before getting the ferry home (just an hour from Dunkirk) Four to a room was a little cosy but the pull out double sofa bed (actually two single beds) was brilliant for the children. Lovely breakfast, super clean rooms, just over the road from a huge mall where we ate dinner. Didn’t use the pool but looked inviting. Very helpful staff. Nice touches like free water refills (still and sparkling) TV that you can cast from phone (we watched a movie from our Disney plus subscription)

We love this place, great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Massive shopping center next door with restaurants and bars if you don’t want to use the hotel restaurants. Pool great if not a little cold
