Friendly staff and helpful service

Had difficulties with our booking but staff were very helpful both on site and on the switchboard. Comfortable, value for money and convenient, exactly what we needed.

Arrivé en train. Hôtel juste à côté. Très bon accueil à mon arrivée. Chambre propre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner bien approvisionné et bon. Seul bémol, le bruit à l'extérieur généré par des individus sans doute alcoolisés et cela jusque tard dans la soirée..... voire plus tard. Malgré tout, bonne expérience 😊

The rooms were great, reminding me of American hotels. My French is awful but the woman at the front desk knew enough English to help me check in quickly. It is right at the Metro station so getting to the city center is fast and easy. The area around the hotel looks a little rough but the hotel itself is nice.

Gros stress à l'arrivée !

Les chambres sont impeccables et vraiment confortables pour un prix modique, et l'hôtel est situé au-dessus d'une supérette ouverte tard le soir. Tout cela est très bien. Malheureusement la réception, comme annoncé, est toujours fermée, même quand la borne d'enregistrement automatique est hors d'usage ! J'ai fini par avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, et par pouvoir entrer dans ma chambre, mais j'ai bien cru devoir chercher au dernier moment un autre hébergement. Un hôtel ne tient pas sans un minimun de personnel, car la technologie n'est pas infaillible !

1er séjour chez vous. Nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits simple. J'ai beaucoup aimé le fait que la chambre soit chauffée qd on est rentrzz vu qui faisait froid dehors. Literie confortable, eau et pression très convenables. Très bon séjour. Le monsieur de l'accueil était vraiment sympathique, avec un sourire et de l'humour qui nous a mis à l'aise. Je recommenderais l'établissement

The property is located on top of the train station but there was minimal noise. The room size was ok, however there were no tea making facilities in the room. At breakfast there were no English breakfast tea bags, not every one wants to drink herbal tea. The room in itself was clean but the windows and toilet basin were not very clean. Overall staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Vriendelijk personeel maar slechte omgeving

Wij ligeerden er 2 nachtjes om in die tijd de stad Lille te bekijken. De baliemensen waren allervriendelijkst en behulpzaam. De feanse tal was boor ons een barriere, met ons schoolfrans en zij hun gebrekkig engels. Er is bij dat hotel alleen mogelijkheid om in de straat te parkeren. Bij ons is snachts de ( op slot staande) fietsdrager gestolen zonder de fietsen, die in het hotelschuurtje stonden.Ons was gezegd dat wij veilig konden parkeren langs de straat en de fietsdrager erop konden laten.We moesten op zondag weer terug naar Nederland om in Breda een fietsdrager te kopen. In Lille was er geen bedrijf daarvoor geopend. Door de taalbarriere kregen wij foute informatie daarover en verloren daardoor veel tijd. Waren daardoor weer erg laat op onze uiteindelijke bestemming. Dat was n slecht begin van onze vakantie. Later bleek dat er ook was geprobeerd om de uitlaat eraf te halen. Die bleek op weg naar onze bestemming geheel lis te zitten. Veel pech en we gaan nooit meer naar een hotel met zo n onveilige parkeeromgeving. Sowieso niet meer naar Frankrijk.
