2e keer dat we hier logeren. Het was schoon, netjes, personeel is erg vriendelijk, spreken goed Engels en de prijs voor het ontbijt is het waard. Ik vond het bed wat hard, maar ik ben thuis een zachter matras gewend. Het ligt langs een treinspoor, maar dat heb je geen last van, ze hebben dubbele muren en ramen om dat te dempen. Wij vonden ons verblijf echt top!!!

Niveau propreté rien a dire, chambre familliale spacieuse. Ils aurait etait bien de consevoir également une chambre familliale avec accès pour personne handicapés, car pas facile d accéder à a la douche quand on dois levé la jambe. Par contre j attend toujour l appel de la direction pour une erreur qui c est produit cela va faire 3semaine ou j ai payer la taxe pour mais 2 jumeaux de 3ans alors que je n aurais pas du etre facturé pour eux.

Direction négligeante. Madame, Monsieur, Nous avons séjourné du 18 au 19/01/2026 dans l'hôtel sus-cité, la chambre devant être libérée avant 11h00. Dès 08h00, une entreprise de plomberie a coupé l'eau rendant impossible la toilette et l'usage des WC. Ne considérez-vous pas qu'il eut été plus judicieux de procéder à ces travaux entre 11h00 et 16h00. Nous sommes particulièrement mécontents de ce désagrément causé par la négligence de la direction. Quelle réponse comptez-vous apporter à cette regrettable situation ? Respectueusement.

Notre séjour s'est terminé par une coupure d'eau générale, dès 08h00, en raison de travaux de plomberie. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a affirmé ne pas avoir été préalablement informée. Bref, impossible de faire sa toilette. La chambre devant être libérée après 11h00, il aurait été judicieux de commencer les travaux après !!! Direction complètement nulle !!!
