"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location! The staff was always very kind and very accommodating. I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, it was well-maintained and everything was always fresh. I loved the hotel room. I only wish there was air-conditioning but other than that everything was great."

The air conditioning was broken, and with no lift, I had to ask for help carrying my luggage upstairs due to a hidden disability — initially refused until I explained why. The only fix offered was one remaining small desk fan; staff were pleasant, but that leaves other guests with broken AC with nothing. "I always choose this place whenever I need a stopover in the Midlands! It has consistently proven to be one of my absolute favorite hotels in the region. I genuinely enjoy every single stay. The standards of cleanliness are excellent, and most importantly, it offers a secure, welcoming atmosphere where I always feel safe. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious."

"Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."
