"Valet amazing and great location and little to know imperfections within the unit"

"Great for solo travelers. A nice and unique experience."

"Great hotel and great stay, location is in downtown and walking distance from pike place. My only complaint is that Expedia doesn’t tell you the hotel has additional charges that are not mentioned when yoh check out, we were surprised to receive an additional bill."

"While the hotel was kept clean as far as I could tell there were things about the room I was not happy with. The shower faucet was pulling away from the wall, the usb charger attached to the bed was for show because there was no outlet attached the cord just plugged into nothing. Aside from that I don’t have a complaint. Staff was absolutely amazing. The fellas at the front desk were great and so welcoming."

"This hotel was very conveniently located and the room I had was massive and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can valet your car and they have conveniently carved out a space to pull your car off the main thoroughfare to accommodate that."

"I love the restaurant whenever I have the time to relax before I get to business. Getting to my car is always a hassle in a hurry but I will be making the effort to cone back and stay if possible. My room was amazing and I had tons of space to relax and my bed was top tier to my own standard."

"The convenient location to the Mayo Clinic building we needed. The friendliness of the staff was amazing."

"There was a room mix up, which was resolved quite quickly. However, room amenities were not updated for 3 people. Bedding was poor quality, thin and inadequate for a decent night sleep. Sofa bed pillows, blanket very poor quality. Location was good. But for the price, I would probably not stay there again. Partly, it is due to the fees/taxes added on by the city of Seattle and state of Washington. It’s an industry issue these days with outlandish amounts in taxes, parking, resort fees, and...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had cool art, colorful and vibrant vibe."

"Very functional & great location close to Seattle University!!"

"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. However, they...

"This property is beyond needing renovated. There was a stove top which didn’t work in my room. The lighting was so poor that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or not. I stayed there three nights and the only time I saw anyone was when I checked in. I didn’t see another guest, I didn’t see anybody at the front desk, I didn’t see any employees. I would have left, except the bed was comfortable and the shower worked, and I was only there to sleep."

"Horrible bed"
