"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "What can I say? We avoided the expensive hotels in Central Woking in favour of a 20 min drive. I can not fault them on anything, we were greeted with kindness, our room wasn't far, the AC in the room was amazing considering it was in the 30s outside. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. We used the swimming pool. The breakfast was top quality. All of the staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend."
