"I would love to leave a positive review of this hotel as their location and amenities (pool, gym) are wonderful. Unfortunately the rooms are not well cleaned. The first room we were given smelled of smoke the bathroom had hair all over the bathtub. The second room also smelled of smoke and the overhead lights didn't work. The third room still had leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest. The fourth room smelled of cat urine. Finally, the last room we were offered smelled better and was...

"Excellent place to stay. No issues at all. Highly recommend."

"The cozy charm."

"Great breakfast. Upon arrival, given a key to an all ready occupied room where occupants were sleeping. Not enough washcloths. From 2-4 am loud laughing and yelling waking us up. We should have called the front desk. Not our best visit."

"Great location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Quiet side street if in the suites building. Staff was very helpful. Cons: Unsecured elevator in suites building. The lobby is on the second floor and they don't see who is coming and going. The bottom of our door was 2 or 3 inches from the floor. Very unsafe and annoyingly bright/loud. A towel solved some of it but still wasn't great. Pool was in other building so had to walk across road. The beds were just okay and room was clean...

"It was clean and the staff was friendly BUT 1) during the complimentary breakfast I peeled an orange and it was BLACK in the middle and the apples were so soft that they had to be out for 2 weeks 2) every night there was noise from next door and every morning noise from above despite the fact that the place was much less than half full 3) asked the person at desk for very basic information and she told me she had just moved there and knew nothing (she was friendly though)."
