"Grounds are immaculate. Great view of the bush/river. Comfy bed. Good water pressure. Manager was fantastic. Good location (7 mins from New Plymouth by car). Quiet, safe. Can bike safely to New Plymouth ( sidewalk to round about on state highway 3 then side street with on road cycle path). Restaurant with yummy food on site. Things that could be better: Had only one BBQ so you need to reserve it in advance. Great stay and definitely a place I would go back. "

Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. "This hotel is nice and close to the city centre. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the coastal walkway. The accommodation was spacious for our family and staff helped when we had issues with aircon and some supplies in our room. "
