"Okay"

"Good experience"

"I had reserved a handicap accesible room, but did not get one, leaving me with no way to bathe. Additionally the sofa in the room had a tear in the arm exposing the wood and foam padding. I sat down on the sofa and sank down below the actual frame resulting in me being unable to get up to answer the door and requiring physical assistance to return to a standing position."

"Great staff. Shuttle to O'Hare was convenient."

"I tried to cancel my reservation which I paid an additional amount for cancellation protection through Expedia and they wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservation which I literally made 2 hrs. Before. Horrible customer service. Every chance I get I will say horrible things about the website and hotel."

"1. I didn't like there was microwave. 2. I didn't like that there was not enough parking, and $35.00 per night. 3. The in-room TV's are very old and small. 4. They don't use comforters on their beds. I froze with only two very thin linens. What I liked was the room was cleaned daily. We stayed for a week and very much liked the house keeping. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The elevators were good condition and never a long wait. You could use some marketing materials...

"Clean room, great and quiet area and the breakfast was great, thank you."

"Staff friendly. We had a king deluxe room. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a little small, although it was fine for my husband and me. We would def stay here again."
