"This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The location is very convenient with many shopping and dining options at the Kyoto station next door. The breakfast buffet was good but not great. The hotel needs to get rid of the check in kiosks as it is not convenient for guests and more of an annoyance."
"This was great for an overnight stay after a very long flight from the US to Narita and then to Osaka Itami before heading on the next day to Kyoto. It is located on the top floor of the airport so you did not even need to locate a shuttle bus. The rooms were modern and clean and there plenty of opportunities for eating at the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly."

"Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes adolescents. Il n'y avait que 2 lits jumeaux mais nous avons ou tenir sans problème.
La chambre etait bien plus grande que ce que j'imaginais. La salle de bain etait très belle et confortable.
Nois n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit pour prendre l'avion à ITM airport le lendemain mais ce fut un sejour tres agreable.
Nous sommes arrivés le matin et avons pu laisser nos bagages qui ont ensuite été déposés dans notre chambre à 15h.

"The room size quite small for 2 people with the 2 huge luggages but the overall is very comfortable and convenience. Hotel locate near subway Esaka(Red line), walking around 4-5 minutes. If you use kansai rail pass to travel, this hotels is very convenience for you. Nearby hotel have several restuarant and mini-mart that is very convenience. Don't miss this place."
