"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "The room and it's amenities. We were on the lowest floor of the guest rooms. On our floor, there is a washer/dryer machine. The machine is clean. What is the best is that I can check whether the machine is in use from the TV in our room. The hotel is in a convenient location, right between two stations on the Midosuji line. The breakfast is good. Is there is a desk in the room, that would be perfect. Will stay again"

"The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for a reasonable price. The hotel’s location was very convenient for food and shopping nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Extra amenities such sleep clothes, lotions, toothbrushes etc. were available. I would definitely book a room here again. "
