Since it is located inside the airport, there is no hotel more convenient than this one. While many hotels in prime locations do not offer the best service, the staff at this hotel are wonderful.

To fellow travelers: you don’t even need to leave the airport if you use Itami Osaka airport. Very nice and clean. Just FYI, no washing machine but walking distance around 15 minutes. No need to buy detergent, too. Prepare 100 en coins.

The staffs were nice, friendly and provided much info to my enquiry. The room was spacious esp. the toilet, clean and noise-free. The amenities were enough for me. The hotel was well located with easy access to train, bus, eateries and shops. I attained more knowledge about the history of Osaka International Airport after i browsed through the Commemorative Book placed at the lounge area. I had a wonderful 2 night stays in this hotel.

It is so convenient location-wise, also quiet. the front desk was nice and kind. A chair in front of the desk had red spot and it was the only thing I wasn't comfortable about this hotel, but except for that, it was amazing.
