"Our stay at The Sojourn was a comfortable one - the room & bathroom were clean, there was ample space for 2 guests, and we appreciated having a working TV and fridge. The bed mattress was a little springy, and the walls were a little thin (we could hear the people above us walking around all night, but we always use a noise machine when we travel, so it wasn't that bothersome), but not so bad that we couldn't sleep. We thought that this hotel would provide a continental breakfast, but they do...

"The hotel is right next to a train, so you hear it go by a few times in the day. The hotel gave us ear plugs but honestly wasn't enough. Still loud. The floors were laminate which was nice for cleanliness, but it was cold in the room. Shower and restroom was stocked and clean. Also, it was a rainy evening when I arrived and there were towels surrounding the patio doors on the 2nd floor. Not sure if there was a leak or the water was just seeping through, but it was concerning. All in all of...

"This hotel was great. Location was perfect for us. The room was big, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was okay, they could have used more vegan options but the staff (especially Adalberto and the young man whose name began with a K) did a wonderful job to make sure our dietary needs were met. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool in the evening and for us it was a nice and relaxing way to just sit by the fire after a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing on many levels. We drive several hours to arrive to a hotel that advertised having a spa, including signs in the lobby, to find out there isn’t one. Our room did not meet standards of what we paid- the sink had a large crack in it, bathroom lightbulb was out, shower was very dingy and did not feel clean. The floors in hotel lobby were filthy the entire time- visible spots and stains. I would suggest finding a different hotel for your stay in this area."

"This hotel was conveniently located very close to universal studios which is why we stayed there. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was great. The one thing is was not pleased with is that it lists "complememtary breakfast" and there was indeed no complementary breakfast. There is a little store to shop for overpriced pre made sandwiches that you could buy at a gas station. Otherwise though it was a great stay."
