Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "
