"Pool looked nice but was way too packed so we didn't get a chance to use it. Convenient having the buffet there but too expensive for the kind of food that was there. Rooms were perfect. Staff are amazing. Washing machine and dryers there but time it well cause they were always in use when we were there. Parking is a mission, we paid for parking but found someone was always in our paid parking."

Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. "Nice place but very old and worn out this showed in all the hallways and even in the bathroom some money needs to be spent on the property and this shows big time. Breakfast was a bit of a maze to try and find which wasn’t ideal however food was great"

"Good location but disappointing accomodation. Rooms very tired, only heating was a little fan heater in one room. Duvet dirty and had a cigarette burn hole. Blanket also dirty. Wifi didn't work in room, unhelpful staff when bought to their attention. Would not stay again"

"The hotel was well presented, I was allowed early check in at about 12:30pm. The restaurant makes great coffee, I had a few and they were all very good. The rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. They also had very comfortable beds and a range of 4 different pillows to choose from, which was great. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and tidy and in good overall condition. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to almost everything in the CBD and waterfront."
