"An amazing hotel, helpful staff, breakfast, fikka and dinner is included. The rooms are fantastic."

"This was a great stay overall. The location is fantastic and the parking space in the back was really great to have. The room I stayed in was on the top floor and it was extremely dark. The area where the desk and fridge were located only had a dim desk lamp and I had to use the light on my phone to find things in my bag in that area. The other lighting in the room is dim and there needs to be some ceiling lights in that area. My parent’s room next door had ceiling lights above their desk and...

"All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"

"Unfreundliches Personal zu internationalen Gästen. Zum Frühstück nicht einmal Jogurt, das Abendessen wurde nicht angeboten obwohl es im Hotel Preis enthalten ist. Mein Stadtblick war der Hinterhof zum Lüfter."

"Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, train station, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Clean and staff were so wonderful and kind and helpful. Loved it! Will return soon!"

"The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. The front carpark was narrow and full too. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but only one of the bedrooms was heated, the other was...

"I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. No issues after that. The room was great, bright and airy with huge windows. Clean as could be. The bathroom was really nice, with stone...
