"This hotel was a 7min walk feom the shinjuku station. It seems like a good area with the except of the first night where there was a sketchy guy hanging out by the street vending machines. We didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel as there were many authentic places to walk to in the area. At check-in and check-out you will need to complete this on your own but there is an agent who is there to help. However i did find that they were very impatience and trying to rush you at check-in. Not the best experience, if you want me to do the check-in myself then let your customer do it on their own unless they ask for your assistance or at least let them pull up all the information that is required before rushing them. Beware that this hotel does not have a safe in your room. Throughout our trip in Japan we kept our passports on us. Your luggage can slide right under the bed. For heading back to the Narita airport we paid for the hotel transport. This was miss leading on the site as it came across that the hotel had a free transportation to and from the airport but this was actually a separate company that runs the transportation. For toiletries, you need to go to lobby right infront of the elevators and select what you want. This was very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with just knowing what to expect at the hotel with no safe, and sometimes at night by the vending machines you sometimes could experience weirods around the street."

"Great place and beautiful location, however you will need to uber or walk about 15 minutes to the nearest train station if you plan on getting around Tokyo. Verify if your room has a balcony or not, I got the corner king room and did not get a balcony unfortunately."

"The hotel has a convenient location. The beds are comfortable, and the room has enough space. The view from our room was fun at night, with the light show on the government building. The hotel didn’t offer a free coffee bar/soda you have to pay additional $2,000 yen to access the lounge. That was very disappointing."

"This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."
