"Very close to Hakata station which is a main hub. In-room laundry especially convenient. Everything was very clean. AC kept room cool and dry, but there is a humidifier if needed. Variety of free amenities. Nightgown provided. Appreciated the option to have towel changes only without housekeeping entering room or limited cleaning i.e. towel changes and garbage removal. Only downside is we could hear the shinkansen going by, but maybe that is just from our specific room/side of the hotel."

"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."

And it's nice that Don Quixote and Matsumoto Tsuyoshi drug stores are within a 5-minute walk. Convenience stores are also best located with Lawson Family Mart 7-Eleven within a 3-minute walk."

"This is a great facility for it's view from the onsen. They post sunrise time daily so one can use the rooftop outdoor onsen to enjoy sunrise at the right time. This place is great for travelers that drives. It's slightly far from the train station (about 15-20 minutes by foot), but has buses that could get you there. Limited selection of restaurants around. Traditional breakfast provided is tasty. "
