"The property is relatively small. It is very clean & the staff are amazing. My biggest & probably only issue is that everything shuts down very early. After about 11pm the entire property goes dark. I am particularly drawn to music & some semblance of nightlife & there was little to none. My stay was during the World Cup Soccer games so that was the main event, which was nice & a daily evening show, but not much else. This is a pretty quiet & relaxing resort with little to do. I’m not a fan of all inclusives because the food is generally not very good. The food here was nit great, but ok & completely doable with multiple options. I would likely consider going again just to chill & relax. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness & appearance of the facility. The staff was outstanding!!!"

Sandos Cancún All Inclusive - Adults Only

"Pros - Entertainment throughout the entire week, both day and night was exceptional. Staff felt like family after the very first day. Fratinni’s and Gaijin are must try restaurants on site. The “Hidden Nightclub” was fun for anyone 18 to 99+ years old. The pools were amazing with the lower two pools more the “party pools” while the top pool is more your relaxing vibes. Dont forget your pool side pizzas at St. Trops! Rooms were clean and the AC kept it cold after long hot days. Cons - Seasons menu and food was not the greatest. The buffets were just ok, from breakfast through dinner. Bar Six seemed crammed and could use an update. Wait times for food served at all restaurants could improve. Overall - Due to the entertainment provided, the extremely personal staff, and the smaller size of this resort compared to mega resorts I would most definitely recommend Sandos Cancun to family and friends and plan on booking another visit. Great for couples, singles, and groups of friends."

"My family with two kids, 19 and 15 years old, had a blast during our stay. We're so happy we made the decision to stay here instead of our first option. The staff is wonderful and very engaging with the guests. You should definitely get involved in the games and attend the shows if you want to make the most of your vacation. Some of the shows will amaze you. My favorite was the African Show which we almost missed. The activities in the pool were so much fun and let my family spend some really fun moments together. Our favorite was Diego with his energy. Gama, Tony and Dixie were also amazing as well as Eileen. The food was great but you had to make a reservation the day before. Sushi at Zen was our favorite and we did it two days in a row and each time was different. The only cons I can say is the Music Lab activity seemed unorganized. We were told they only had one of the 4 activities for the week we were there and we booked on our first day. When my kids went to their reserved time they were supposed to record a song which would be emailed home but the girl didn't record it so my son just had the video he took on his own cell phone. Some guitars had missing strings and we were never able to get a guitar delivered to our room. The program sounded great but maybe needs some changes. I would still come back in a heartbeat and would love to see the new renovations when they reopen. One of my best trips ever!"

"Newer resort. Food was great and variety. Hard to get in restaurants. Great staff and rooms are very clean spacious and nice. Bar included in room. Great views. You don’t see the seaweed as much as this location but there is some. Free transportation to airport and sister properties for events and parties. Staff were entertaining. Outside food was great. We had no complaints and will definitely visit again!"

"The stay at the Royal Sands is always top notch, the staff works very hard to make your stay perfecto and the food is always very great, the only thing wrong with this hotel, is the ugly seaweed that storms the beach front every day, so we just stay at the pool bar all day, would highly recommend this place to anyone!!"

"Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!! Hay opciones de comida todo el tiempo, desde la playa, la piscina, los restaurantes, las noches mexicanas, etc. El servicio en piscina excelente, siempre pendientes de que estuvieras bien servido, Usiel fue nuestro camarero. Quiero dar especiales gracias a Rosalino que año con años nos ha atendido y ayudado en todas nuestras necesidades, siempre dispuesto a que tengas la mejor estadía de tu vida, a Virgilio, Gerente Vip, que nos dio un trato cálido y con muy buena disposición para resolver nuestros requerimientos, a Morelia por el detalle en nuestra habitación, a Mayra y Mirian por su excelente atención. Live Aqua se esfuerza para que tengas unas gratas vacaciones, lo notas desde el momento que entras al hotel, no conozco otro hotel que tenga el nivel de servicio de ellos. Es un hotel que se vuelve tu favorito!! Esperamos regresar pronto!!"
